I love working at at the Grayton Beach Fitness Center. They have 24/7 access. They also have a full line up of classes. On Monday, Wednesday, and Firdays you can take a spin class for an hour. Guaranteed to make you wobble out of there. On Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays at 8:30 you can take a variety of classes from circuit training, Ab Core workout, and Body Mechanix workouts. At 10:30 at Wednesdays they have Tai Chi Class. If you prefer to workout after work they have spin classes and Tai Chi as well as the Boot Camp class. No matter what your level or what time of day you prefer to work out, then this club is for you. I like running into the same folks daily who are for the most part locals and now a few snowbirds have joined us too.

Members of the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club get discounts for being a member at this club so make sure you ask about this as well. Don't want to join the fitness center, but prefer to just take a class. Non-members can take classes for just $15 per class.
