Located behind the gates of the Longboat Key Club, with a total of 88 condos, Longboat Key Towers is comprised of two buildings connected by a one story structure. Every condo has views of golf course to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. The center of Longboat Key Towers houses a resident manager's quarters, office, fitness center which includes sauna and steam room and personal storage lockers for each condo. There is a corridor that connects the two towers from this center structure. Residents also enjoy the swimming pool and a hot tub located outside these Longboat Key condominiums.

Each of these separate Longboat Key condos extends through the building from east to west. There are two condos on each floor with a semi private entry foyer access by elevator. Longboat Key Towers was built in 1970, and a $12 million renovation was recently completed by this development.

This is one of my favorite condo buildings on Longboat Key. I have several happy clients who own in this building. Longboat Key Towers are located on the south end of the island and behind the gates of the Longboat Key Club. The building has recently gone through a $12 million renovation. The great thing about this buildings are the design of the units. The units run from the front of the building to the back. Which means that you get a stunning view of Longboat Key beach and Gulf of Mexico but you also get a great view of the golf course, Sarasota bay and downtown Sarasota. Not many buildings on Longboat Key provide these views in both directions.

There are 2 towers on the beach with a total of 88 units. The buildings were constructed in 1970 and allow residents to rent their unit one time a year with a 3 month minimum.
