Cominig later this year is a Kohl's, Costco, Home Depot and a Lowe's. these are all going to be within a very short drive from Turtle Rock on Plamer Ranch. Access to route 41 is quick and easy which gives you more shopping, restaurants, car dealers, furniture stores and you are about a 15 minute drive to the world famous Siesta Key Beach.

The Legacy Bike Trail runs along the west side wall of Turtle Rock on Palmer Ranch making it very quick to access the trail for biking, walking, and running.

Another resort style community in Palmer Ranch, Village Walk is a massive community comprised of 1,177 townhouses, villas, and single-family homes situated on over 500 acres of lushly landscaped greenery at Palmer Ranch.
