Builder Dan Catalfumo has sold the remaining 150 units in his luxury 2700 North Ocean Condominiums complex. Closing was June 6, 2010

The Flagler Group, Miami developer group and a unnamed New York hedge fund completed the
closing on Friday. The purchase price was disclosed.

Condos in the luxury community range from 1 million to over 3 million. Penthouses and Tower Suites also
available with prices up to 7 million.

Located on Beautiful Singer Island lies one of the nicest new condos in the county. Just accross from the new Mall going up on Singer Island is 2700 North Ocean. The community offers great ocean and intracoastal views from almost all of the units.

The best part is the location can't be beat. Located just minutes from everything Palm Beach county has to offer, Singer Island is a wonderful place to be. There are great restaurants and shopping within a 10 minute drive down PGA Blvd.
