Stonegate | 7420 SW 49 Ct. |

Stonegate is located in Ponce-Davis and is one of South Florida's most prestigious communities. This 1920's Stonegate estate was renovated in 2001 and put on the market for sale in 2005. After nearly 5 years it closed recently for a price of $2,900,000 ($284.00 per square foot). That makes two sales in Stonegate over the past year. The other home sold at a price of $2,280,000 ($467.00 per square foot).

There have been no closed sales in the Ponce Davis area so far in 2010 and there is currently only 1 pending sale. The slow activity is likely due to the fact that the price point in the Ponce Davis area is so high and that market is just not moving as quickly as the $1,000,000 and under market.

No Closed Sales In Pine Manor In 2010
