The Southwest Ranches Chicken is located on Flamingo Road just south of Griffin Road, and for those of you who regularly drive in this area, you are probably familiar with the GIANT Chicken standing along the west side of the road. And for those who don’t make this regular trip, it is one of those “double take moments”.

I am totally impressed with the Southwest Ranches Farmers Market. They have a large array of fresh fruits and vegetables, along with fresh herbs, homemade jams and jellies, breads and other goodies. They are known for the homemade salsa too!
