Despite the slowing economy, expansion plans for Hernando County's commercial section have not been derailed as retailers continue to expand into the area in 2008. Kohl's and Target currently have plans to open new locations in Spring Hill. Kohl's will be located next to the Hernando County Airpark and Target planned for Barclay
