This is the pizza restaurant located on Summerland Key and serves the surrounding 6 Keys (islands) in the Florida Keys. Like most pizza restaurants you can eat in, take out, or they will be happy to deliver to your home if you live on one of the surrounding islands. Like most Keys restaurants some of menu items are unique and fun. They offer a surf & turf pizza with steak, local harvested lobster and mozzarella. Another local selection is mango pizza which includes red onion, roasted red peppers, mangos, pineapple, jalapeno and black beans. The restaurant also offers chicken wings, sandwiches, awesome salads as well as a selection of deserts such as chocolate chip cookie pizza, cinnamon sticks and chocolate cake. You can visit "A Slice of Paradise" by boat or car as it is a waterfront restaurant.
Summerland Key Post Office is one of 6 post offices in the 128 miles of the Florida Keys. Having a post office on the island provides a extra convenience for the residents of Summerland Key when shipping, mailing or purchasing postal supplies. It also offers post office boxes.
Royal Palm Plaza is a strip shopping center located on Summerland Key fronting US 1. The center includes a variety of stores including Summerland Sandal which is a well known supplier of tropical shoes and sandals and carries brands such as Roxy, Reefs, Sperry, O'Brians, etc. The shop also handles a limited line of casual tropical clothing, including children and infant clothes. Other shops includes a thrift store, a Salvation Army store, and professional offices.
The Square Grouper Bar and Grill is regarded as one of the finest restaurants in the Florida Keys. It offers fresh local seafood and chef prepared gourmet meals at very reasonable prices. The atmosphere is fun and quirky. Check out all the grouper photos in the bathrooms, and the wooden Giant grouper in the back waiting room. There are 'fake grass' tiles and fun colorful decor, and unusual art on walls! (bottle caps on a mirror frame that is beautiful). Everything on the menu is really good!! How often can you say that about a restaurant? Service is very attentive, and accommodating. You can come wearing casual clothes and feel right at home. The decor and ambiance are such that you're comfortable no matter what you wear. The tablecloths are covered in white paper, and crayons are provided. Lots of folks will tell you that this is just for the kids, but don't be deceived! We had an excellent time doodling while we waited on our meal. Life is too short to leave nothing but crumbs on a blank canvas. The signature desert for the Square Grouper is the chocolate fondue with caramel and pecans served with fresh fruit, rice krispie treat chunks and churros for dipping. Yum!
Sugarloaf Food Company is located on Summerland Key, why we don't know, but this is the Keys. It opened its doors un June 2006. Owner, Anne Rodamer had enjoyed working the food service industry for many years in the Keys before starting her own business. She is a self-taught baker & cook with plenty of delicious ideas about serving food and sweets to Keys residents and tourists. With the help of her mother, Darlene, together they serve up some of Anne's most famous dishes. Anne also operates a small catering business and offers great ideas for parties. She bakes a variety of cookies, cakes and muffins and also accepts special orders for cakes and pies. If starting your day off right before heading out onto the water is a necessity, Sugarloaf Food Company is available for breakfast and a boxed lunch for the boat. Anne's wrap offers a delicious breakfast complete with fresh avo9cado, bacon, egg, cheese, lettuce and tomato. Pair it up with fresh coffee, latte or espresso and you'll be ready for the day. And if you're not that hungry but need a gift basket for a friend, visit Anne for some great gift ideas.
The Galley Grill Restaurant
Famous for breakfast and lunch this restaurant has been a long time favorite of locals and visitors alike. The restaurant offers a variety of casual dining including sandwiches, hamburgers, seafood, American fare, salads, and great breakfast menu. This is a waterfront restaurant and you can come by boat or car.
The Wharf Bar & Grill
This is a waterfront seafood restaurant located in the middle of the fishing district of Summerland Key. The restaurant is located at the docks where the lobster boats and stone crab boats unload their catch. Talk about fresh seafood! The restaurant offers a full bar, a variety of indoor and outdoor seating, casual atmosphere, excellent seafood, and some house specialties such as BLT (bacon, lobster and tomato) sandwich, local bisque, and the snapper po'boy sandwich. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and you can come as you are by boat or car.

Dion's Mobile Gas Station and Food Mart is located on US 1 in Summerland Key. This fuel station includes the usual fare of quick stop food supplies and drinks but has one special local offering, its well known fried chicken. Dion's fried chicken (Quick Chik) is known throughout the Keys as one of the best chicken meals available. The locals believe it is better than most of the large national chains. In addition to chicken, they service a variety of Latin foods and an all American favorite, the corn dog.
