In this blog post I want to discuss a community called Artesia located in Sunrise, Florida across from the Sawgrass Mills Mall. The building is located at the intersection of Flamingo Road & 136th way. Also located nearby is the Bank Atlantic Center, home of the Florida Panthers.

Artesia is a private and luxurious european and mediterranean style condominium complex which also has stand alone townhomes available on site as well. Artesia was developed by Minto Communities, a development community known throughout the state of FLorida for its award winning properties. Artesia has some fantastic condominiums with all of the modern upgrades and finishes that you would expect from a higher end property.
