About Sunrise's Tao

If this isn't a remarkable view and condo I don't know what is. For years condo conversions were all the rage in South Florida and literally sold out within days for truly ridiculous prices. Now, those same condos are mostly in default. Ahhh, but not this one. Tao condos of Sawgrass in Sunrise, Florida is the first I have seen at least, that is going from new construction sales back to rentals only.

This happened because buyers simply were not snapping them up and the builder's timing couldn't be any worse to sell new condos. But it's okay because eventually these will come back with a force worth reckoning with partly because of the location and partly because of it's beauty. Usually, these types of buildings are found on the coast or South Beach, but this is different. It's located on the grounds of the Sawgrass Mall, but has magnificent views of the Everglades. If you are looking to rent in an area away from the beach with lots to do this may be the place for you. You can even actually walk to the Bank Atlantic Center to catch a concert or hockey game too.

Well, perhaps nobody gets it yet, but I do. Tao is a winner as an investment property because renters are going to want to live here, especially those from foreign countries. Remember, the beach is still only about 15 minutes away.
