Today I popped over to the Towers of Channelside to check in on what inventory they have left. The Towers is priced from $200K to just over $1M. They have 1 bedroom units up to Grand Penthouses available. I went to check out their penthouses and junior penthouses today which I had not seen previously.

There are only 6 junior penthouses left - they are approximately 3,000 square feet and priced between $500K-$600K.
