Am I An Email or Cyber Bully?

My staff and I had the unfortunate misfortune of having to work with a client that under definition is what is referred to as an Email Bully. I am happy to say it is a client of mine who found me through my Web Site and not someone working in our profession.

I left a phone message for him and asked that he contact me personally to discuss his concerns. I have also invited him to call me by responding to the email he sent out to everyone suggesting that I was at fault in some way for his loan not closing by the dead line. It was untrue and the client is attempting to hide the fact that he is the only reason his loan did not receive a clear to close by the lender on time. I don't blame people for my failures and I will not coward from an email or a cyber bully who does and neither should you. Evidence shows that bullies of all types are unlikely to cease their harassment unless they are confronted.
