Recently, I wrote a post (consider it an open letter to realtors) about money that could be put into their pocket if all they would do was to sit down with me.

What was intended to be an hour or so meeting turned into spending time for 5 or so hours. Talk about a whirlwind of great conversation for a few hours. Then I kidnapped him and took him to lunch (because I had to coordinate a networking lunch).
