Bloomingdale is actually several different communities within a broad area called Bloomingdale which are located in Brandon and Valrico. Bloomingdale is generally thought of as the communities south of Bloomindale Road west of Lithia Pinecrest and east of Kings. House prices start in the 100,000's and go up.
