FHA Loans Now Available With Credit Scores As Low As 500

GREAT NEWS! In an effort to help increase home ownership opportunities to those currently underserved, we are introducing a new program. Our FHA AFFORDABLE PROGRAM was designed to help credit worthy borrowers who have been unable to obtain financing due to their credit scores.

Under this program, eligible borrowers can obtain affordable mortgage financing with scores AS LOW AS 500.

Some of the necessary common sense requirements are:

1) Debt to Income Ratio's must be LOW (31/43 MAX) making the payments AFFORDABLE!!!

2) Borrowers must show a propensity to save money and/or pay down debt

3) Borrowers must have a solid 2 year work history with 6 Months minimum on current job

Exceptions to this rule can be made on recent college graduates with a job that is related to their degree

4) Borrowers must have their own down payments of 3.5% ( NO GIFTS ALLOWED)

5) NO INCREASE in current Rent/Mortgage payments

6) Owner occupant borrowers only

GTAR Charitable Golf Tournament in Valrico, FL - Buckhorn Springs

This year, the Tampa association of realtors is turning 100 years old. Originally founding in March 1911 as the Tampa Real Estate Board, the Tampa Association of Realtors (aka GTAR) works as a trade organization to help some 6000 real estate associates in and around the Tampa Bay area.

This year, just like every year, GTAR sponsor the GTAR Charitable Golf Tournament in Valrico, Fl - Buckhorn Springs. This year's GTAR golf tournament will be a Tampa Charity event held on June 16th, 2011. Registration will be at the GTAR golf tournament this year being held the quiet Buckhorn Springs Golf and Country Club - Valrico, Florida.

This year the GTAR Charitable Golf Tournament in Valrico, FL - Buckhorn Springs will be benefiting the Tampa Association of Realtors Realtor Care Foundation. The mission of the Tampa Association of Realtors Realtor Care Foundation is to "create and provide educational and housing programs and services for those who call Hillsborough County, Florida home and the Tampa association of Realtors Home Buyers Grant Program, which provides for down payment assistance to families who otherwise would not be able to afford or Buy Tampa Real Estate.

This year, the GTAR Charitable Golf Tournament in Valrico, FL - Buckhorn Springs is being sponsored by Bright House Networks. GTAR Charitable Golf Tournament in Valrico, FL - Buckhorn Springs will start at 7:30 AM for registration. There will be breakfast and lunch (sponsored by Proficio Mortgage Tampa Florida) along with happy times (with the Chest of Cheer) being sponsored by Tampa Association of Realtors Affiliates and Business Partners.
