I was out yesterday looking at condominiums in this magnificent community called
"GRAND HARBOR"
We looked at a great 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Condominium in "HARMONY ISLAND"!
This unit was large with some great views and offered at only $228,900.
We also looked at a great Condo/Townhome in the charming community of
"NEWPORT ISLAND". We saw a spacious condo with 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 Baths
overlooking the "GRAND HARBOR" fountain and the main lake. My clients
loved the great detailing to this condo/townhome and large screened veranda.
Offered at $265,000. I think that this was their favorite!
We also looked at a great condo/townhome in St. David's Island. This
unit offers magnificent views of the water and golf course and has a charming
courtyard in front and a spectacular patio in the back. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths for
