ISLAND CLUB MONTHLY MARKET UPDATE

The Island Club of Vero Beach is a fabulous community of single family homes that are just a short distance to the beach. Island Club is actually two communities in one (Oceanside and Riverside) boasting many fabulous amenities, such as two clubhouses, two pools, tennis courts, deeded beach access and a day dock. Lawn care and trash pickup is included in the quarterly maintenance fees, so you can move in and just relax!

The front section in Island Club is called Oceanside. It is closer to the beach and has sidewalks. The homes in here are older built in the late 90's, There is a lake, small club house, pool and a tennis court. Homes in Oceanside are generally listed in the 300 to low 400's. Homes range from 1500 to 2500 under air. The floor plans and models range from 2 to 4 bedrooms. The fee now is $990 a quarter that includes lawn, shrubs, irrigation, mulching twice a year and trash. There is one time capital contribution of $990.

Riverside at the Island Club has newer larger homes; some are on the lake others back up to Marbrisa. Riverside also has homes overlooking the Indian River and Jungle Trail which have great views of the intracoastal
