I know the government is trying to revamp the HAMP program but if this kind of stuff in the video is happening, then what is the incentive for induced loan mods? Maybe now that the FDIC is having to borrow from the FED might be the catalyst?

There are always pockets of good news even when times are tough. There are many that are having to work twice as hard for half the business but at least there is business. The opportunity is out there for a select group that has the optimism, the drive, the passion, the commitment and to those who have the spirit to share and give back. Let's all take a hard look at being more thankful and optimistic in 2010. Most important thing to remember is, each and every one of us control our own destiny! So make today the day you draw a line and stop letting negative get you down. Believe in yourself and not just for 1 day, stick with it, I know you can accomplish what you put your mind to! Just remember to pay it forward and help someone else!!
Make Today the day either take your life & business to the next level or create a turning point in your life!
NOW IS THE TIME!

We recently went out and had dinner at the Pizza Gallery & Grill located at 2250 Town Center Ave Suite 113 in the Avenues Shopping Plaza in Viera, Florida.
The Pizza Gallery & Grill has been serving for 20 years. They serve the best in italian food, fish, steak, salads and sandwiches. They have been voted the best pizza. It's no wonder, they have more toppings, types of cheeses and pizza crusts than you can imagine. Create your own. You can pick from 11 different cheeses and 19 different sauces.
For dinner, I chose the calzone stuffed with pepperoni, ham and black olives. It was much too big for me to finish. I had to have them wrap it in a doggie bag so I could take the leftovers home.
My daughter ordered the stuffed shells. The presentation was gorgeous. The shells were excellent.
My husband ordered the antipasta salad. Being the huge salad nut that he is, he was hoping for more greens, but indicated that the food was quite good.
My sister ordered the Penne Neopolitan, a hearty mixture of peppers, onion and sausage mixed with pasta. She said it was quite good.
Our visit to the Pizza Gallery and Grill was quite an enjoyable one. We went on a Friday night, and we waited 20 minutes to be seated. Our server was excellent and our food came quite quickly.
Don't forget, when you head to the Pizza Gallery & Grill be sure to try an order of the Assorted Garlic Knots. They are delicious little knots of dough, brushed with butter, sprinkled with seasonings and parmesan cheese and served with a marinara sauce.

Have you ever gone into a house or condo only to see football memorabilia everywhere? The greatest sports fan ever lives here! The kitchen with high tech appliances and gadgets everywhere? Obviously the home of a gourmet cook.
Ever glimpse a garage full of "equipment?" Oh yes, the super handyman lives here! If you have been in the market searching for a new home, you know what I mean here....
There can be a fine line between these two things - selling your house and your lifestyle.
I will admit that there are times when you are throwing in a lifestyle with the house. That is just an additional marketing point!
Selling in a 55+ community in Viera Florida? Then you should be promoting the lifestyle as well as the house. Selling your golf course community home such as Baytree in Suntree area of Melbourne Florida? Then, you are throwing in your lifestyle.
But your lifestyle is not necessarily the same as your house!
The location, amenities and area all support the marketing of your house. But, don't forget, there are other houses in the same neighborhood with the same location, amenities, and the like. Buyers can get your lifestyle when they purchase a nearby home.
Bottom line....prepare and sell your house first!
