Home sales in Viera, Fl in this category over $400,000 was not immune to the lower interest rates and rebound in the economy, but things are changing fast as the inventory is declining and higher priced new homes are being constructed in Viera at levels not seen in nearly 4 years.

The median homes sales price was down 19% from 2009 at $439,900 however the Average Days remained on the market took a huge plunge down 44% from 2009. This indicator is key when a market is nearing a turn around. The main reason the decline in price was so hard felt? Short Sales. The good news is, the market is changing for the better in Viera, Fl. The Voters across the United States have really made a statement. "We are Not Happy with the past 2 years"

Some Republicans have been labled "Tea Party" candidates may have sparked a new wave of voters to come out.
