About Viera's Sonoma

The Sales in Aug and Sept of 2011 proved to be a bright spot in Sonoma. The was a $409,000 sale in Sonoma, the first sale over $400,000 this year! There have only been 4 Sales in Sonoma over $400,000 since May 2008.

This year has proved to have some very bright spots as sales activity has picked up throughout ALL of Viera.

Newer Homes are getting taken off the market with very few homes to choose from. The time on the market has been much much lower with many homes selling in under 30 days.
