Mayfair is a beautiful Active Adult +55 community located in the heart of Wellington Florida.  Shopping and dining are within walking distance along with the Wellington Community Center, Aquatic Complex and Wellington Amphitheater.

Mayfair is one of two active adult +55 communities in Wellington and was built by Engle homes in 2006 and 2007.  Within the gates of Mayfair you'll find 112 homes, two different home series were offered, the Carriage Home Series and the Coach Home Series.

The Carriage Home Series in Mayfair features two amazing floorplans; The Cocoa Beach & The Palm Beach.  The Cocoa Beach is a ground floor unit that has 2 bedrooms, a den, 2 bathrooms, a one car garage and 1,550 square feet of living.  The Palm Beach is a second floor unit, which also offers 2 bedrooms, a den, 2 bathrooms and a one car garage, but it has a larger living square footage of 1,852.

The Coach Home Series in Mayfair also has two amazing floorplans; The Key Biscayne & The Key West.  The Key Biscayne is a ground floor unit that has 2 bedrooms, a den, 2 bathrooms, a 2 car garage and a living square footage of 1,716.  The Key West is an amazing second floor unit with 3 bedrooms/ loft, 2 bathrooms, a 2 car garage and 1,985 square feet of living.

While all four units have an attached garage they also have additional driveway parking, which can accommodate one up to four vehicles, there is also guest parking throughout Mayfair.

Almost every home in Mayfair has a beautiful view of Lake Wellington, a peaceful canal or the glistening lake that sits in the center of Mayfair.
