Saddle Trail Wellington Equestrian Market Report
Saddle Trail in Wellington is in the Equestrian area of Wellington Florida and is a non-gated community. If you want to live in a non-gated equestrian area of Wellington this is a great equestrian neighborhood with many of the properties being in hacking distance to the show grounds at Palm Beach International Equestrian Center where the Winter Equestrian Festival is held each year. Saddle Trail is adjacent to the show grounds.

Most of the properties in Saddle Trail are between 2700 square feet to 15,000 square feet under air-conditioned space. There are around 500 homes in Saddle Trail. There are a few remaining vacant land lots if you desire to have a custom built home here.
There are great riding trails all throughout the Saddle Trail community. Saddle Trail is known for it's shell rock roads which are very friendly to horse traffic and keep the horses off of a lot of pavement.
