Hoy en dia tenemos muchas ventas cortas concidas en ingles como "Short Sales", en particular en el area de Wesley Chapel, cuando debo considerar esta alternativa? y cuales son las consecuencias?
Son dos preguntas a las que tengo que responder dia a dia. Mi respuesta siempre es la misma, si usted ya trato de negociar con su banco para bajar los pagos mensuales sin exito y desea evitar un foreclosure entonces el "short sale" es para usted. Un "short sale" consiste en negociar con su banco la venta de la casa por menos dinero del que usted debe al banco, logrando que la perdida en la casa usted no la tenga que pagar, claro que esto trae ciertas consecuencias como que su credito se vera afectado, la negociacion con el banco es larga y hay que tener mucha paciencia, pero para eso me tiene a mi ayudando con este proceso.

Ashley Pines is a great community of single family homes with a low HOA and NO CDD. It is located close to I-75, shopping, library and fantastic schools. The community is close to the intersection of SR 54 and Curley Rd. Saddlebrook is also just down the road. Nearby schools are Wesley Chapel Elementary, John Long Middle and Wiregrass Ranch High. The Greater Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce presents the Hyundai and Mazda of Wesley Chapel Craft Show the weekend of October 17 & 18, 2009, 10am to 5pm. The venue will be the highly visible Grove at Wesley Chapel at I75 and SR54. There will be a wide array of artists and craftsmen displaying their work. The Battle of the Wings contest has returned including local competitors from Beef O'Brady's, New Shanghai, Saddlebrook Resort, Santos Pizza and Pasta, Texas Roadhouse, and Winners Sports Grill. The contest will be judged by local Officials beginning at 1:00pm and results announced at approximately 2:30pm. There will be a variety of food vendors including Hungry Harry's BBQ , Holy Smokes and special treats such as kettle korn, shaved ice and homemade ice cream. Entertainer to the Stars, DJ Joey Jam, will be on site Saturday as well as local entertainment throughout the weekend. Verizon Events will have their HUGE display of games and TVs. There will be children's activities from BounceU, Jimmy Jumpers and Tampa Bay Parenting Magazine. Free admission.
