The holidays were fairly kind to sellers in the Argonne Forest neighborhood as one existing contract became pending (it was a short sale) and two homes closed. Those two sales, however, took an average of 253 days to sell and were sold at an average of 79% of the original list price. There were no new contracts written in December.
