Popular Atlanta Neighborhoods - Cabbagetown Atlanta
It's that time again! Get ready for a good ol' fashioned chili cook-off in one of Atlanta most unique and eclectic neighborhoods.
The "Chomp & Stomp" in Cabbagetown brings in quite a crowd each year and is a fantastic way to spend a "chilly" Saturday afternoon.
This will be Cabbagetown's 7th Annual Chili Cook-off & Bluegrass Festival and there is definitely a little something for everyone:
*** Please note that the Chili runs out quickly (usually by 1 pm), so be sure to get there early!
Also, if chili isn't your favorite, but you want to get out and enjoy the event, the Atlanta food trucks will also be there.
The Chomp and Stomp Chili Cook Off & Festival will be held in the Cabbagetown Park on Saturday, November 5th from 11 am to 6pm.
If you are able to come to the festival, be sure to stop by the Clown Bite Chili Booth! Our master chef prepared a VERY unique chili this year!

One of the quirkiest neighborhoods in Atlanta, Cabbagetown, hosts one of the best Fall events every year. This neighborhood is unlike any other in Atlanta. With a historical connection to the Appalachian Mountains this neighborhood has a feel all its own -- no, I'm not kidding, but that history lesson is best saved for another time.
Chomp & Stomp is a great chance to enjoy a HUGE number of insanely hot & good chili's at the cook-off.....but get there early because it goes quickly. You could get there extra early & get rid of any guilt about eating countless types of chili and drinking beer all afternoon while listening to live blue grass music because you ran the Chomp & Stomp 5k in the morning.
It all goes down at the Cabbagetown Park at the corner of Tye Street & Kirkwood Avenue. The parking may be a challenge as this is a huge event that people come from all over to enjoy.

Another In-Town Atlanta home, home staged by Peachtree Home Staging SOLD!
This new construction builders home was on the market for OVER A YEAR!
Yes, over one year on the market!
Although I wish everyone would plan ahead and stage their home prior to listing . . . I get positively challenged by that telephone call inquiring about staging a vacant home that isn't selling. I am so confident that Peachtree Home Staging can make a difference!
We staged this vacant home mid November before Thanksgiving. It was off the market right after the new year with the proud new home owner moving in this past weekend. Wow -- 45 days is a huge improvement over 365, don't ya think? I truly love the power of presentation (A.K.A. -- Home Staging) that helps vacant homes sell!
