Thanks for the incredible response...(and the featured post)..I basically reposted my original post on this property to let everyone know how quickly AR brought a buyer - the original post had a title including the address, price and Priced to Sell.....which it was.

One of my agents received this phone call on the first floor duty of the day, showed the home and presented the offer to me prior to the end of his schedule floor time. It is great that one of my staff is getting in on this sale. (I don't take floor as the managing broker and I give all the leads I get during a given floor schedule to the agent on floor).

I spend most of my time in Localism and don't write many 'Members Only" post not because I am not social but because I am the person in charge of marketing for my company as well as being the broker. Active Rain is an extremely productive medium for quality leads that I have not been able to find anything like it anywhere at any price (and Active Rain is priceless).
