This is a great time to focus on giving back, such as volunteering at a shelter, or donating to a food bank. There is always a way to be of service to others if we just look around. We can also be ready for the opportunity when the market recovers by assisting those future buyers with what they need to be able to purchase. Many buyers have suffered financially and need someone to guide them toward rebuilding credit, etc. Even if a buyer or seller can't make a move now, they will eventually.
