Erika Nicholson Columbus Ga Homes: Real Estate Agent in Fort Benning, GA

Since we are located right on the border of Georgia and Alabama and because many agents int he area are licensed in both states, I felt it important to pass on the news of the Alabama Real Estate License Law Amendment reagarding advertising.

Columbus Ga Homes, Fort Benning Realtor, Phenix City Al Real Estate, Advertising rules were based on "letter sizing", this rule was impractical to enforce because measuring became too complex an issue. The amended rule stipulates that, "a salesperson or associated broker will be considered in compliance with the License Law Advertising Regulation, if the name of their broker or company is prominently enough displayed that it can be read and understood.

Easy enough! Advertisements should include your brokers name or company name so that it is easily understood by the public, what company or broker you are affiliated with and whom you are accountable to. Very clear, very simple. I hope future Georgia laws will be as simple.

Families who have encountered hardships that would cause them to become homeless or are being forced to live in a shelter or on the streets can now receive rental assistance for up to 18 months. State assistance is not limited to rent but can include security deposits, utility deposits, utility payments, moving cost assistance and hotel vouchers. Columbus Ga, Fort Benning, area; OK, it has not come up in

discussion for awhile, but Columbus Ga is probably home to Coca

Cola. The reason for making this claim is the fact that Dr. Pemberton

lived just north of Columbus back in 1869. For those Atlanta residents who insist the soft drink home is

Atlanta, Columbus Ga Homes, Fort Benning, Historic Marker Pemberton, RealtorNick yes you are right,

perhaps more correct than the Columbus claim that I made.

I'm sure that there are folks in Columbus that will forever claim this is home to Coke. As there are folks

in Atlanta who may call us crazy for thinking it began anywhere but Atlanta. The home of Coca Cola is now

the entire world, the home of my Coke is my cooler or refrigerator. This entire post has been "much ado

about nothing." What is important is that the Historic Columbus Foundation has preserved and protected

the wonderful little structure that Dr. Pemberton once lived in. Broadway in Columbus Ga is home to

dozens of other historic homes, many of them with interesting and sometimes surprising stories.

In the Columbus Ga, Fort Benning, area, the Walker - Peters - Langdon House is located in the Historic District on Broadway. It is the oldest home in Columbus and dates back to 1828. Surprisingly it is believed to be a pre-fabricated house. Federal cottages were built during this period with the idea of the purchasers picking them up and moving them to their land. The original owner Colonel Walker sold the home to the Peters family. The Peters family moved into the house because they were worried about Indians and this cottage Columbus Ga, Fort Benning, Oldest Home. www.RealtorNick.orgstood in a more populated area than their previous home.
