Everything you see here is reliable but not guaranteed. This market report is so brand spankin' new, it squeaks. I'll try to keep doing these every month for Catoosa. Seems like y'all are the red-headed step children of the Chattanooga market so I'll do my best to change that. These numbers cover all of Catoosa County, GA as reported to the Chattanooga MLS.

Homes in Catoosa County run the gamut from really pricey (think Windstone & Council Fire golf course communities) down to, well, not so much. Like Hamilton County real estate sales, the lower end is where you are likely to be able to sell pretty quickly, there just isn't a lot of competition out there - less than 100 homes under $100k right now. Get up over about $300,000 and there really isn't much happening.
I'll give you a little more analysis next month, when I have some history to compare to.

I found the evidence of this particular crime while pre-viewing a 5,000 sq foot house in Windstone. Just goes to show you that money can't buy taste! And honestly, y'all, the picture doesn't do it justice, it looked far worse in person.
I just love the way the grotesque peachy-coral color really makes the putrescent green pop.

The Colonnade Center held an open house this week. The management hopes to hold these open houses annually. Several of their vendors provided tasty samples of their wares set among elegant displays of table settings. The main caterer area was in the 10,000 square foot banquet hall. Continuous music was provided by harpist, Tiffany Envid, which beautifully set the tone for the event.
The open house was intended to introduce the staff, to provide tours of the facility and togive their approved caterer vendors exposure.
The Colonnade expressed goal is "to provide a complete meeting place for private or corporate events and a community meeting place for cultural events and entertainment."
The facilities include the 10,000 square foot banquet hall, which can be partitioned to meet needs for smaller events, 3 smaller banquet rooms, a large theater and stage, and a open pavilion.
