Over the last 3 weeks, my new husband and I have had the pleasure of eating at a Douglasville restaurant called Chaunce's. The food they serve there is a wonderful mix of Steak, Pasta & Seafood dishes, and their atmosphere is definitely an inviting and fun one.
We have always been greeted warmly and seated promptly, no matter what night it is. They've had an increasing number of guests each weekend that we've gone, and the live jazz music acts are enjoyable and talented.
I invite everyone to check it out if you're looking for a new tasty location with friendly, knowledgeable, personable staff. It's located directly on Chapel Hill Road in Douglasville, GA, about 1/4 mile off I-20.

Hi all, it has been a while since I was able to post. Buyers are on the move and limits the time I have.
In fact I spent most of the day showing new homes to a young couple and parents who both want to buy in the same community. The look I received from the builders agents was quite amusing. We have found the right place . Negotiating two contracts at one sitting will be fun!!

Rates on home loans drop after Fed makes emergency cut to fed funds rate, Freddie Mac says. Also, I've seen some interest rates on loans go as low at 4% with a good credit score. Incredible! Now is the time to buy!
