Here is the most recently available market information from Realist for Paulding County Georgia home and condo sales.
The September to September home sales figures are about as expected. There about a 30% drop in sales volume and a 10% drop in the average sales price. A lot of the price drop may be attributed to the exteme decrease in more expensive new home sales.
The good news is that there are homes still selling at all. While 186 home sales is not as great as in the past, it does show that there are still buyers in the market place. Nice homes that are priced effectively still have a good chance of selling.

Bentwater's motto is "to make sure that everyone in the family feels at home and everything you need is right around the corner". Bentwater is located in Acworth Georgia, at the northern tip of Paulding County and just one mile outside the Cobb County line.
