That is a possible tax credit of $9,800.00 just for purchasing a home before the deadline! 100% financing is still available in many rural areas of Georgia including all of Butts, Pike, Lamar, Upson, Meriwether and some parts of Spalding and Henry counties. In a single word: No.

Perhaps they reason: it's all about getting the seller listed today. Tomorrow will take care of itself. Besides, they didn't say when they would sell it - only that they would. Could be 20 days from now, or it could be 20 years. Who's counting? Right?
Well, you're counting - that's who.
