You will never have to pay to be listed as a top neighbor. Period. That important detail clarified, let's discuss how we arrive at two "top neighbors" for a given region:
Localism is a bustling collection of hyper-local communities, and the top neighbors should reflect those members who are most active. Richland Creek's annual Super Bowl XLIII Party benefiting Relay for Life. Today the Lord blessed me with the opportunity to share some great memories with an old friend. I dropped into a local business to purchase a gift for a client, and struck up a conversation with the owner, Robert Bradley. It took us a few minutes to recognize each other since it has been over 30 years since we have seen one another. It was fun to share some memories and to bring each other up to date on our personal and family lives.
