Barrington Hall presents a series of lectures in their coach house meeting space on the first and third Wednesdays of each month (and sometimes the fifth Wednesday) .
This popular lecture series covers a variety of local and historic topics of interest to people living in Roswell and the surrounding areas. The doors open at 6:30 PM and our lectures begin their presentations at 7 PM. Lectures last approximately an hour and are followed by a question and answer period. Seating is limited and most lectures fill up quickly.

Prepare a complete meal under Chef John’s hold-your-attention instruction and dine in the spacious kitchen of this historic home.

Roswell GA Homes For Sale - Market Report for December 2011
The market report for Roswell, GA in the month of December shows that there were 65 homes sold with an average price of $280,000. The average days on the market were 84 days. There were sales priced from $55,000 to $870,000. A four bedroom home is still the favorite in the area.
Some of the more active neighborhoods were The Park at Garrison Oaks, Brookfield Country Club and Chimney Lakes.
For the active Roswell GA homes for sale, there are currently 463 listings with an average price of $423,456. The prices range from $49,900 to $8,750,000.
