Edenwilde is an swim tennis subdivision located in the Crabapple area of Roswell Georgia just past the Silos at the intersection of Crabapple Road and Houze Road.  Edenwilde is a newer swim tennis subdivision of single family homes.  The subdivision is complete with streetlights, public water and sewer, cable TV, sidewalks and is convenient to all shopping, roads for commuting and schools.  There are homes for sale in Edenwilde with full finished basements, slabs, and full finished terrace levels.  Most of the homes in Edenwilde are brick and frame, and a few Stucco.  As of today July 29, 2009 there are only 6 homes for sale in Edenwilde.  The high price is $474,900 and the low price home for sale in Edenwilde is $395,000.
