Greg has been a cater on Saint SimonsIsland for over 10 years since having worked of The Ritz-Carlton Buckhead in Atlanta, GA. The new menu features some old favorites like the rock shrimp martini, Greek gyro, and more. New featured items are angel cakes (a crab cake meets a hush puppy), blackened shrimp Greek salad, a cheese cake sundae for dessert and so much more!
