The Settlement on Savannah's popular Wilmington Island is one of the newer communities on the islands. Most homes were built between 1990 and 2000. On beautiful Wilmington Island in Savannah Georgia, Bull River Bluff condos are an affordable alternative to the more expensive, Tybee Island yet only about 7 or 8 minutes from the beach. Perfect for a vacation home or full time living.
