The Settlement on Savannah's popular Wilmington Island is one of the newer communities on the islands. Most homes were built between 1990 and 2000. These single and two story brick homes offer a more modern floorplan than many of the older island neighborhoods. Prices currently range from the low 200s to high 200s with square footage averaging around 2500 square feet. Lot sizes are generous and the trees and landscaping are mature. A great family neighborhood.

Lots of shopping, golf, restaurants and marina nearby and just a short drive to the beach at Tybee Islandas well as the downtown Savannah historic district.

One of Wilmington Island's oldest and most desirable communities is the well known Wilmington Park. Most homes are brick and built in the 60s and 70s, many with original hardwood floors and fireplaces. A great family neighborhood with mature trees and landscaping.

On beautiful Wilmington Island in Savannah Georgia, Bull River Bluff condos are an affordable alternative to the more expensive, Tybee Island yet only about 7 or 8 minutes from the beach. Perfect for a vacation home or full time living.
