Driving through Wailuku Maui, Hawaii the other day I snapped these pictures from the passenger seat while cruising to Waikapu. If you live in Wailuku, these buildings will be landmarks to you. Maui has a nice mix of old and new buildings, including the Wailuku Elementary School and the State Building.

DRUMMER Be self sufficient, motivated, fun, easy to get along, We (SSLL) have two drum sets, you just need to have a good attitude and be willing to practice on Thursday nights for an hour. Whether you are a beginner or a professional, seasoned or virgin, if you're up for the drum throne, can keep a steady beat, and are ready able and willing. We will be playing first Friday in Wailuku at Gallerie Ha 51 north Market street 5 pm to 7 pm. call 808-244-3993 we are island wide with the ability to tour the Mainland and Japan. Original music using laughter as a healing instrument. Following the show, the Aloha Poetry Slam starts @ 8pm every first Friday of every month in old town Wailuku.
