Fair Warning Tuesday Maui Hawaii Wailuku Hoapili Hale foreclosure Auctions
Today was no little day seven properties went down to the court house to be foreclosed upon by the lien holders. I Saw the infamous Poly for Puuone Terrace there talking up a condominium foreclosure. As the bell tolls high noon the following properties were auctioned off.
all of these were non judicial foreclosures all of these were taken back by the bank, there were no outsiders bids placed by the public. If you would like more information about foreclosures on Maui contact me directly @ 808-280-3442 phone text or email @ Jeff@LuckyComeHawaii.com I have a large data base of foreclosures.
There were two postponements that are worthy of watching one is 145 Huluhulu in Kahului and the other is 96 Pulehuiliki road in Kula
We on Maui have now hit 500 pending foreclosures as of 9-29-2009

Live and work in Wailuku on the island of Maui-!?!
if so then Rosa's taco chart is a must. I myself love Mexican food and being from SF I often miss the originality of authentic Mexican grindz. I eat here at least twice a week some times more, the owners and their ohana work hard everyday, the service is friendly and the area is clean.
Cheap Ono Grindz for the working call folks in Central Maui
You can catch Rosa on First Friday in Wailuku under the Banyan tree corner of Vineyard and Market streets.

Fair Warning Thursday Foreclosures on Maui
as the bell tolls @ high noon we had 9 postponements and just one auction.
1051 Onaha street in Waiehu Terrace was foreclosed upon and the State of Hawaii bought it for $161,291 in this area the state has a buy back plan and many times if it is the original owner there is a buy back plan in the deed, this was one of those examples. There is a 30 day confirmation hearing that will confirm this, you can out bid the current bidder for five percent more.
If you have further questions call me, text me, email me I'll see you at the court house steps. Jeff 808-280-3442 or Jeff@LuckyComeHawaii.com
