I missed Thursday being so busy selling and showing properties to my Favorite artist on Maui. On Thursday there were two properties that went to the auction block and were foreclosed upon.

65 Halili lane Villas at Kenolio place central Kihei Maui Hawaii was foreclosed upon by the lien holder @ $267,750.00

503 Kekoanui Place Haiku Hi. 96768 was foreclosed upon by the lien holder @ $510,000.00

Today was a melee of madness a whirl of people the largest gathering so far I counted 45 people, although no one bid on the properties. Three fee service providers, two attorneys and John and I, with a handful of regulars. Faces are now starting to look familiar. Three properties hit the chopping blacks today and I didn’t see a deal even after cross referencing them. One of them was less then two years old and still not a deal at the steps of Hoaipili Hale Court House.

It’s maddening how many people are facing foreclosure on our islands, wether they are local or transplants, part timers or full timers many people have been forced to face hard times and the loss of their homes. Up at Haopili Hale I saw just three attorneys, Na O Hale Maui, two HOA gals from Maui Sunset and myself. There were three auctions today and seven postponements.

• 1) Villas @ Kenolio was foreclosure upon by the lender for $267,750
• 2) 503 Kekoanui place in Haku was foreclosed upon by the lender for $510,000
• 3) 1679 Kahakai street has a sealed bid or a postponement the answers are uncertain with this property, the neighbors were there to complain about the condition of the property and the homeless people living in it.

Fair Warning Monday Tuesday  - Wailuku Maui Hawaii Foreclosures

 

Monday was no foreclosure, the state was closed for labor day. Tuesday; yes, Bitter Sweet. There was no foreclosures today yet there were nine postponements. Just John, Doug, Albert and I. No one else. so good news was that no one lost their house today. Bad news is that my web site and server has been down all day and the woman in charge is on the big island for the four day weekend and isnt here to fix it. Shootz! Good news is I had a closing on Friday and got paid today for a straight sale of a $600K house gotta love it when the home closes and everyone is happy.
