Today was small in attendance and there were just nine postponements. Not one Auction there seems to be some interest in a Lahaina property a few people are tracking. I met with some new friends who happen to share the same last name as mine.

Tuesdays seem to be a bigger foreclosure day on Maui then Mondays tune in and see what goes down tomorrow. What a crowd today about fourteen people, five attorneys, one fee service provider and one bidder did walk away with a happy purchase the rest were bought back by the bank.

Up at Haopili Hale we saw an average crowd today, no public bidders, a Realtor Broker, 3 attorneys, John of (Na Hale O Maui), and myself.

Several HOA foreclosure proceedings happened today Maalea Kai, Walaka,. The Hale Ono Loa unit #212 was foreclosed upon leaving the bidding stage at the sum of one dollar, that's right the HOA foreclosed for a buck, seems like a good way to get the lender / lien holder to take action on the foreclosure proceedings we will see when the court confirmation rolls around in thirty days.

In attendance today were the usual suspects, such as John, three attorneys, one HOA, myself and 22 public attendees, a larger crowd then normal.

Seven properties were auction off, one bankruptcy, three cancellations and thirty nine postponed

Wow what a mad house, look at the list of the postponements! There were another 9 on the back side of these public postings. This is getting over whelming and consuming my day, I may cut back on the cross referencing and go straight forward with action to the lien holder.
