Why Do we specialize in Rural Acreages?
There is a long time need for SE Iowa to create a real estate company to assist buyers and sellers that are located in the rural settings. Most offices are focussing on properties within the small towns, which has led to rural acreages being left out of the spot lights. We have found that having a central location for all of the SE Iowa acreages is very beneficial. Both buyers and sellers alike are able to locate us online at www.exitlandandhome.com. Our base office is located in Mount Pleasant. Exit Land and Home Realty, LLC is dedicated in making your real estate transaction as easy as possible. With our company dedicated to team work, our technology marketing strategy, and customer satisfaction, we are excited to help you in anyway possible. If you are looking to buy, sell or have any other questions about the real estate market, please feel free to give us a call at 319.385.3833.

Exit Land and Home plans for a busy week!

We are starting the week by getting a new reflective 4 x 5 foot sign up, made by Signs and Design in Mount Pleasant. Then we are having a gentleman from the Hawkeye Newspaper come to interview myself, Maria White, and my husband, Rod White, for a feature article in the Sunday paper. Also, a meeting for our area Association of Realtors on Tuesday evening. Thursday we will host a ribbon cutting ceremony in conjunction with the Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce . We will have a dessert and drink for all of those who attend. This will be in the Mt. Pleasant News on Friday.
As a new business in the area, we are extremely excited to assist residents in all of their real estate needs. To have so much recognition in one week seems to be a great way to help get the ball rolling. We seem to be moving up the ladder everyday, wether it is a recognition from a community leader or a few extra phone calls from a local looking to buy or sell. As we grow our team and continually serve our community we will do it with honesty, integrity and some good old hard work.
