When San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom asked these questions on the internet, he got a wide response from people across the country! The number one question (at a 70% response) was "Proximity to Points of Interest". Proximity and Quality of Schools was a distant fourth! Does this surprise you? It did me! It seems that most Buyers that I work with are concerned with Quality of Schools. Even if they don't have children, they are concerned about the resale value of the properties they are considering. Do these survey question results indicate a change occurring?
