There is a whole lot going on at the Squeeze Inn restraunt located on the corner of Hwy 200 & Pine St in Clark Fork Idaho. This summer they have not only had great dining but also cabin rentals, metal art work, cooking classes and retreats.

The Squeeze Inn offers fantastic food and warm ambiance. Open Seasonally from May 17th - Oct 15th. All you can eat family-style dinners Tuesday through Saturday. Served with soup, salad, bread and ice cream. The owner Janet has also been offering cooking classes and cooking retreats this year. The next class will be on September 12, 2011.

Along with the great food, they are also offering cabin rentals some with full kitchens and the prices are ranging between $40 and $60 a night, weekly and monthly rates also available. The little town of Clark Fork Idaho celebrated its hundreth birthday this week. While we are officially 100 now the history goes back much farther into the 1800s. You can almost hear the steam whistle as the train pulls into the rail depot, Horse drawn carriages and wooden boardwalks paint the picture of Clark Fork's origins in the 1880's. The tour of the renovated Vogel House was the highlight of many and of course no celebration would be complete without the BBQ's and trout fishing derby.
