The community opened in 2004 and is planned for 336 single family ranch homes upon completion. It’s an ideal community for those in search of a fantastic location minutes from the popular town of Naperville, yet without the higher Naperville prices.

The location of Carillon Stonegate is just two miles from I-88 offering easy access to neighboring suburbs. Downtown Chicago is just 40 miles west offering the perfect destination for a dinner out with friends, a shopping daytrip or a weekend getaway. Downtown Naperville is just seven miles away and boasts a fantastic downtown area with wonderful shops and restaurants as well as a beautiful natural riverwalk.
