Eric Rogers: Real Estate Agent in Aurora, IL
I like to occasionally feature local communities that I do business in around the Fox Valley. Today, I'd like to feature one of three far north-side Aurora subdivisions that I'm working on this week.

Butterfield Subdivision - this community is located on the far north side of Aurora between Kirk and Eola roads and can be accessed off of Du Page Parkway on the south side of Butterfield Road. Butterfield homes include a variety of home styles including ranch homes, split levels and two-story. Butterfield is a tight-knit communtiy - you can find familes living in Butterfield where several generations all own their own homes in the subdivsion. Butterfield is popuarl with commuters for its easy access to I-88 and also other transportation. Residents also like local shopping venues including a Super Walmart and the Chicago Premium Outlets - one of the largest outlet malls in Northern Illinois.

I've been doing business in Butterfield for years and would love to work with you if you're buying or selling a home in the subdivision. You can contact me directly or visit my website for Aurora Homes.
