The Savannah Subdivision Aurora is today's featured north side subdivision. Located on the north side of Butterfield road near where it intersects with Kirk, Savannah is close to both Butterfield and Cambridge Countryside. These modern homes were built by Wiseman-Hughes in the late 1990's. One interesting feature of the Savannah subdivision is that, even though it's located in Aurora, the homes feed into Batavia Schools and are part of Batavia Township. Savannah subdivision is a great option for home buyers looking for a stylish home on the far north side of Aurora. Savannah mostly features 2-story homes in traditional or modern styles including many with open floorplans. Many feature partial brick or natural stone exteriors and the larger models include 3-car garages.

Savannah is a popular Aurora subdivision because of many of the same reasons that Butterfield and Cambridge Countryside are popular - proximity to transportation including I-88 and local shopping. Savannah is also popular with employees of the nearby Fermilab. If you are buying or selling a home in Savannah, I would love to work with you.
