Situated only a short distance from downtown Champaign, Clark Park is a spacious, well-kept green space around which you'll find some of the most elegant homes in the area. Only a block away to the south is Champaign Country Club, and, as to be expected, the homes closest to the country club are quite exquisite. Still, the Clark Park area in general hosts some of the loveliest homes in all of Champaign.

Founded in 1909, Clark Park has provided a gathering space for nearby residents for an entire century. Today the 3.4 acre space includes a picnic area, a playground, and basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts. Homes surround the park on all four sides and continue for several blocks in this residential nook.

Homes in the Clark Park neighborhood are priced starting around $150,000 for a small, 2-3 bedroom cottage, though these little gems can be hard to come by. You're more likely to spend in the $200,000 to $300,000 range for a 3-4 bedroom home. The exception to this would be homes bordering the Champaign Country Club for which you'll be spending anywhere from $500,000 to over one million. Most homes in this established neighborhood are 70-80 years old.
