Deer Park is primarily single family homes and there are no other townhomes for sale here. Other options to consider would be townhomes for sale in Lake Barrington Shores, although these are considerably further north. Inverness on the Ponds has limited townhomes for sale, and there are others in The Shires of Inverness.

Deer Park IL Real Estate - Market Data 2009

Deer Park has approximately 1000 homes in Lake County Illinois and the folloowing is an update of what is happening with Deer Park IL Real estate.

The following graph shows the average days on market for all home sales in Deer Park 2009 to date.



The wild swings from low to high are due to there being very few sales in Deer Park. Some sales in Deer Park may have have been excluded as when listed they were classed as homes in Barrington, so I apologize. On a month by month basis there are only 1 or 2 sales with more single family homes than townhomes. Deer Park has 2 townhome subdivisions which are located off Long Grove Road, right next to The Deer Park shopping mall. There have been very few sales here this year. That said the single family home sales average days on market so far this year is about 198 days, about 6 to 7 months.

The following graph shows average prices and list to sales price ratios. Again the variance is caused by the lack of sales, but the average property sells for 93% of the asking price.
