Deer Park has over 1000 homes and is divided up by subdivision. The Squires subdivision is on the south side of Cuba Rd, East of Ela Rd. There are 52  homes in total and are single family homes with 3 or 4 bedrooms. You'll find some ranch homes, 2 story homes and a few split level homes. Many have brick fronts, a few are all brick. Most have partial or full basements. Squires was built in the late 1970's. Properties have 1 acre lots, are on well and septic, and have established landscaping, and the common areas are well established with lots of evergreen and deciduous trees as well as the pond off Pheasant Trail. Children attend Lake Zurich schools with Isaac Fox and Lake Zurich Middle School South being within walking distance, but served by the school bus service.
